More information regarding hotel amenities would be appreciated!!! The layout of the Beach House bathroom feels impractical, and having extra pillows should be a basic offering!!!

Gorgeous sea view from the balcony, providing a picturesque backdrop perfect for morning coffees. The dining experience stands out with delightful breakfast offerings, particularly the eggs Benedict, which adds a touch of indulgence to the stay.
Sound travels easily throughout the hotel, making it tough to catch some shut-eye, especially with evening parties disturbing peace. The lack of a lift poses challenges for those with mobility issues, as navigating stairs can feel like a trek. the carpets in the hallways and rooms bear the marks of wear, which detracts a bit from the overall ambiance of the hotel.

Staying in the Executive King with Sea View and Balcony was a delight—a spacious room with beautiful views that exceeded expectations. The restaurant offered an incredible vegan menu, and meals were perfectly executed, especially the fabulous breakfast and dinner. While the atmosphere in the bar was a bit cramped due to non-residents, the attentive staff made the experience enjoyable and welcoming.

this place was way better than i thought! the room was huge and had this cool retro vibe with a turntable n everything. staff were super friendly and helpful, making me feel at home right away. breakfast was good with nice views, and the sea view from my balcony was simply lovely. room service was aces too!
but lunch was kinda annoying with non-residents hogging the parking. The traffic outside was a bit loud.

Our stay at the Roslin in Southend-on-Sea had some highlights and noticeable areas for improvement. The food was superb. Breakfast had a great variety, and we felt the staff was genuinely friendly and attentive. The treatment rooms were cozy, contributing to a relaxing atmosphere during our spa session. Evening tea was a delightful experience, with beautifully presented desserts and fresh sandwiches. we faced some issues that marred the experience. The room we stayed in was not as clean as expected. Stains on the carpet caught my eye immediately. Our TV didn’t offer smart access, which felt outdated given the price we paid. Noisy neighbors disrupted our rest, and a broken bath plug delayed my morning routine. breakfast portions were small, and specific requests were overlooked. the location and atmosphere were nice, but I felt service and room standards need attention to make it a truly memorable stay.
